TBI charges inmate with trying to hire a murderer

PULASKI, Tennessee (WDEF) TBI investigators charge an inmate in Giles County in a murder-for-hire plot.

They determined that David Ray Taylor had attempted to hire someone to kill an unidentified resident in the County.

He was arrested earlier this week for a probation violation in November.

Taylor now faces an additional charge of Solicitation to Commit First Degree Murder.
