Dalton Police looking for shooting suspect who failed to turn herself in

DALTON, Georgia (WDEF) – Dalton Police need your help finding a teenage suspect who was supposed to turn herself in, but didn’t.

19 year old Joana Cisneros was supposed to report to jail on Thursday.

The case goes back to November 27th.

Dalton investigators say teens Nathan Brett Hastey and Elijah Damon Ensley went to a house on Wrinkle Street to sell marijuana to James Walton and Donte Jackson.

But the purchasers intended to rob them instead.

Investigators say Jackson pulled a gun, which started a fight.

During the struggle, the gun went off.

Walton, one of the alleged robbers, was hit in the face by the bullet and is still recovering.

All four face charges.

Detectives say the girl, who was in a relationship with the victim, was there and actually brought Hastey and Ensley to the apartment.

Now they need your help to find her.

She is a approximately five foot four and weighing approximately 100 pounds.
