UPDATE: SunTrust Bank robbery suspect arrested
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Robbery suspect Jakobi Johnson was arrested this morning by Chattanooga Police. He’s the primary suspect in a bank robbery that occurred at SunTrust Bank located at 2201 E. 3rd St. on March 15, 2017.
Keisha Powell was also arrested this morning for Harboring a Fugitive.
These arrests are the result of CPD Fugitive, Baker South Patrol, Robbery Units and the FBI identifying, capturing, and charging the suspect.
SUSPECTS & CHARGES:
Jakobi Johnson (male, 22)
- Robbery
- Possession Of Firearm While Intoxicated (outstanding warrant)
- Criminal Impersonation (outstanding warrant)
Keisha Powell (female, 29)
- Accessory After The Fact
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Chattanooga Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying the below individual in relation to the robbery of SunTrust Bank on this day at 2201 E 3rd St.
