Stars Force Decisive Game 5 With 4-0 Win Over Lookouts
Tyler Wagner’s first career AA start was a shining success for the Huntsville Stars as they blanked the Chattanooga Lookouts 4-0 to force a decisive game 5 in the SLNDS. Just called up from A ball, Wagner threw six shutout innings, allowing only two hits and striking out four to get the victory. Chattanooga managed just two hits on the afternoon. The loss wasted an impressive outing for Matt Shelton, who delivered five strong innings allowing just a run on two hits, but he was saddled with the loss.
The deciding game 5 will be Monday night at AT&T Field. Nick Struck on the hill for Chattanooga. First pitch is at 7:15pm
