Inmates escape from work detail

LAFAYETTE, Georgia (WDEF) – The Sheriff of Walker County is looking for a pair of inmates who escaped this afternoon.

David Watson and Nicky Shell escaped from a work detail around noon in LaFayette.

Deputies are also looking for Michele Walters in connection to the escape.

The suspects were last seen driving a white Oldsmobile.
