Endangered Child Alert issued for child out of Dickson County

DICKSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says they are looking for a little girl out of Dickson County.

A Tennessee Statewide Endangered Child Alert has been issued for the Dickson County Sheriff’s Office for 4 year-old Kalynn Turnbow.

She is a white female, with brown hair, brown eyes, 3’05”, and 30 pounds.

Kalynn was last seen on April 4, 2018 at the Vanderbilt Hospital, Nashville, TN for treatment to a broken leg.

She was last seen with Jason Bradford a 44 year old white male with brown hair, brown eyes, 6’01”, and 198 pounds.

Kalynn is also paralyzed from the waist down and requires assistance.
