Former Hamilton County Deputy Indicted On Federal Charges

An East Tennessee federal grand jury indicted 33-year-old Willie Greer on charges of civil rights violation, kidnapping and possessing a gun during the commission of a crime.

The indictment says he’s accused of sexually assaulting a woman while on duty.

It also alleges he violated her constitutional due process rights to bodily integrity.
      
Greer was arrested by local authorities in January for aggravated rape.
