Dunlap police looking for Griffith Elementary burlary suspect

DUNLAP, Tennessee (WDEF) – Police in Dunlap hope you can help them find the suspect for a burglary at Griffith Elementary.

They are looking for 45 year old Steven Lamar Swanger.

They say they have Swanger on surveillance video entering the school around 3 AM Sunday morning and then leaving with electronic items.

They searched his home and recovered  3 laptop computers, a flat screen television, a computer monitor along with other stolen items.

But they didn’t get Swanger.

Investigators are doing an inventory of items they recovered but they don’t think they have all of the stolen property yet.
