Tractor Trailer Crash in Marion County shuts down part of I-24

Marion County, TN (WDEF) – Tennessee Highway Patrol are investigating an accident that happened last night on I-24 eastbound near mile marker 140.

A tractor trailer went off the road near the side of Monteagle Mountain. The driver suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Erlanger Medical Center.

All eastbound lanes are now back open
