Grundy County Commission passes gun sanctuary resolution
ALTAMONT, Tennessee (WDEF) – Grundy County Commissioners voted tonight for the county to become a gun sanctuary.
The vote was unanimous (9-0), and has the support of Sheriff Clint Shrum.
Shrum believes people have a right to protect themselves.
This resolution lets residents know that the county is committed to protecting their second amendment rights.
Polk County has also approved a gun sanctuary resolution.
