Man charged with ramming his ex’s car with kids inside

DALTON, Georgia (WDEF) – A Dalton man is in jail after deputies charged him with eight counts of aggravated assault .

Police say, on Sunday, Rodolfo Ortiz-Zamudio rammed a truck into his ex-wife’s car while their children were inside the vehicle.

Police arrested Ortiz-Zamudio and on top of the 8 counts of aggravated assault he is also being charged with reckless conduct, hit and run, and driving without a license
