Titans Bud Dupree Looks to Return to Form

The Tennessee Titans were among the top teams in the NFL last year in sacks, and they did it without much production from Bud Dupree. The Titans acquired Dupree before the 2021 season, but he was rehabbing from a torn ACL. Dupree wasn’t exactly a beast last year. He had just 17 tackles in eleven games with three sacks. But now Dupree believes he feels like his old self this summer.

Said Dupree:”It feels very different. Don’t have to get used to anything anymore. Know the routine. Know the vibe. Always feel more comfortable.”
Said head coach Mike Vrabel:”Bud came back with a great attitude. Look great physically. Just again hard to evaluate anybody in that front. Not rushing full. I mean we’re not doing anything in those things you could say either way.”
Said Dupree:”Been focusing this off-season on just getting my mobility back in my knee. Getting my bend back in my stance. Pop off the ball as well as turning the corner better.”
