Athens arrest suspect for Lee Manor shooting last month

ATHENS, Tennessee (WDEF) – A month after a shooting into an apartment building, police charge a suspect.

On June 14th, someone fired several shots into an apartment at Lee Manor on Lee Drive.

Three people were inside the apartment, but none were hit.

34 days later, Athens police were outside a home on Delmar Street with a warrant at 2:30 in the morning.

They say Joseph Kibodeaux tried to hide from them, but they were able to take him into custody.

Police have charged Kibodeaux with Reckless Endangerment and Possession of a Firearm by a felon.
