Investigators arrest suspect in Mowbray Mountain

SODDY DAISY, Tennessee (WDEF) – Hamilton County investigators have arrested a suspect in the Mowbray Mountain shooting from a couple of weeks ago.

On August 12th, Roger Kelly was killed at his home on Hotwater Road.

On Wednesday night, Hamilton County detectives took 46 year old Tracy Lee Bowman into custody in Bradley County.

He has been charged with Criminal Homicide and Especially Aggravated Robbery.
