Elderly Chattanooga residents displaced by a high rise fire, will have to wait a little bit longer before they can go back home. Monday, firefighters found flames in a utility type room on the 8th floor at Jaycee Towers. It knocked out power to the entire building and left more than 150 residents looking for a place to sleep.
