A glimpse in the past with help from the next generation

Tom Griscom and Linda Moss Mines join News 12’s Chip Chapman following the announcement of a new interactive history experience in Chattanooga. 

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – This year is the 250th anniversary of the United States of America’s independence and across the nation, people are preparing a year of celebrating history.

In Chattanooga, county historian Linda Moss Mines and trailblazing journalist Tom Griscom team up to put together an interactive experience called “The Chattanooga-Hamilton County History Experience.”

Hamilton County School students will be participating in the project by researching, producing, and filming original short films on the history of Chattanooga.
