Chattanooga police are currently investigating a double homicide.
Around 10:32 Sunday evening, a 6-year old called 911 and reported his mother and father had been shot.

The new laser projection system at the IMAX 3D theater downtown opens to the public at Noon. Eight films will be shown over the next 11 days to mark the upgrade.

Kim White from the River City Company gives an update on downtown projects to the Pachyderm Club.

Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam delivers his State of the State address tonight.

Haslam wants to direct a sizable chunk of new revenue toward K-12 education, although he declined to elaborate on specifics in advance of the address. The speech will be given in Nashville at 6pm CST.
