A Snake Incident on News 12 This Morning
Chattanooga (WDEF) – We learned a lesson the News 12 This Morning on Monday.
Never grab a hungry snake!
Hannah Hammon brought Betsy with her to talk about this Saturday’s Q n Brew event at the Chattanooga Zoo.
Betsy is a female Dumeril’s Boa.
And Joe Legge thought it would be cute to hold Betsy as a way to tease the interview before the commercial break.
He didn’t know at the time that Betsy hadn’t been fed in weeks. So she was a bit aggressive.
Joe started to worry when Betsy started constricting his arm and went for his head.
And he didn’t get much help from his cohorts.
Obviously, Chip & Dreanne are NOT snake people.
