Armed Forces Day Parade this Friday in Chattanooga
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga’s annual Armed Forces Day Parade is set to take place this Friday.
The Chattanooga Area Veterans Council is hosting this parade on May 5.
This year’s parade will start at the intersection of Market Street and MLK Boulevard at 10 a.m.
It will feature military service units, local veterans’ groups, high school bands, patriotic organizations and others.
The parade highlights a different service branch each year, according to Choose Chattanooga.
The Chattanoogan also reported that this year’s parade will feature the U.S. Air Force.
