Arrest in Chattanooga shooting from October

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police have made an arrest for a shooting that happened in October in the 4000 block of Rogers Road.

Police say on October 23rd, Lawanna Carter showed up at the hospital with non life threatening injuries from a shooting.

Today, police and the SWAT Team arrested Amear Richard.

Richard is charged with Attempted First Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Firearm during a Dangerous Felony.
