Developing: Arrests made in Cleveland vandalism case

CLEVELAND, Tenn. (WDEF) – Update informaition. The adult suspect is an 18 year old male who is currently in Florida.

Investigators have contacted him and he says he will turn himself in on Monday.

Police say they got tips on the case from the public on social media.

Authorities say the mix of boys and girls have all confessed.

This was a joint investigation by the City of Cleveland police and Bradley County Sheriff’s Department.

They report the number of victims has risen to around 45 so far.

They are reporting smashed vehicle windows, mailboxes and even home damage.

All victims who reported damage are asked to submit repair receipts to the Criminal Investigations Division of the Cleveland Police Department.

CLEVELAND, Tenn. (WDEF) – Cleveland police arrest six suspects in the vandalism spree from last weekend.

Investigators say the suspects drove through residential areas on Saturday night and threw rocks and bricks into vehicle windshields.

Police tell us they have charged one adult and five juveniles in the case.
