Bama Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa Has Knee Sprain

Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa hurt his knee, although it doesn’t appear to be serious.  Tagovailoa sprained his knee in the Tide’s win last Saturday against Arkansas. Tagvailoa is the current front runner for the Heisman Trophy, who has put up some incredible numbers so far this season. In six games he has thrown for nearly 1,500 yards. He leads the nation in completion percentage. He has also 18 touchdown passes and no interceptions. Tide coach Nick Saban says his star quarterback will be good to go Saturday against Missouri. Said Saban: Tua has taken every rep in practice. He does have a sprained knee. We did put a brace on him just to kind of protect him. He has been able to do all of the work in practice so that’s not an issue.”
