Banner Built Homes launches new East Brainerd community
EAST BRAINERD, Tenn. (WDEF) – A new housing community is coming to East Brainerd.
Tennessee-based homebuilder Banner Built Homes has announced the launch of Davidson Meadows, its first Chattanooga neighborhood.
The development will feature 95 cottage-style homes designed for first-time buyers and families looking to downsize.
Davidson Meadows will be built in four stages through 2028 and will be fully customizable to each homeowner’s preferences before construction begins.
Vice President of Sales Jen Lucy says the company’s process allows buyers to personalize their homes from start to finish.
“We have a great computer system that allows our customers to pick the floor plan they really want. Then we let them pick the color scheme on the outside and select from different finish-level packages so we can build that home personalized to them,” Lucy said.
She added that the design process creates a fun, hands-on experience where homeowners can watch their dream home come to life.
