Battlefield Parkway closed at Van Cleave Street due to ruptured natural gas line

Battlefield Parkway is closed at Van Cleave Street in Fort Oglethorpe after a construction crew ruptured a natural gas line, according to the Catoosa County Government.
They say the Catoosa County Fire Department and Catoosa County Emergency Management have evacuated nearby businesses and are monitoring air quality.
No injuries have been reported.
Atlanta Gas Light technicians are on the scene making repairs.
If possible, avoid Battlefield Parkway from Fant Drive to Lafayette Road.
