Bessie Smith Center Burglary Arrest

Chattanooga Police have identified the suspect involved in the Bessie Smith Hall Burglary from June 10, 2014. Torrey Lamar Hines turned himself in to the Police Department earlier on this date and confessed to Investigators his involvement. Mr. Hines will be charged with Burglary, Vandalism and Theft Over $50,000. The investigation is still ongoing and more information will be released when available.
