Two more charged in Bianca Horton murder case

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – A mother and daughter involved in the RICO indictments are facing new charges.

Chenika Ramsey and Coynesha Sims were arrested for facilitation to commit first degree murder and facilitation to commit especially aggravated kidnapping.

Prosecutors say this is in relation to the murder of Bianca Horton.

Several other people were charged in her death back in March.

On Wednesday, Sims’ bond was reduced, but Ramsey’s bond remained the same.

They are both set to be back in court on September 24th.
