Body of 2nd Alabama fisherman recovered from Tennessee River
FLORENCE, Ala. (AP) – A coroner in northwest Alabama says the body of a second missing fisherman has been recovered from the Tennessee River.
Colbert County Coroner Carlton Utley tells local media the body of 26-year-old Jeremiah Sanders was found Saturday not far from McFarland Park. His brother, 24-year-old Jacob Sanders, was found near the Colbert Steam Plant in Tuscumbia on Tuesday morning.
The brothers of Florence were reported missing after a fishing trip on March 2.
Jacob Sanders was a member of the band The Velcro Pygmies. Jeremiah Sanders was a general manager of a restaurant in Florence.
