Boost Mobile experiencing service-related issues

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Some Chattanooga residents have been lacking cell service for a week now.

Boost Mobile customers in the area have recently experienced periods of no service.

This has left them without a way to activate phones or SIM cards, or pay bills.

Boost Mobile’s customer service is unavailable at this time.

This is the message customers are receiving when they call in: “We appreciate your patience as we work to restore our customer care systems as soon as possible. To make a payment, upgrade your device, change your plan or view account details, visit my.boostmobile.com. Our teams are working hard to restore systems and are making steady progress. Thank you for your patience.”

There is no word from Boost Mobile of when customers will regain service.
