Bradley County Animals Need Blankets and Food

    Officials tells News 12 their SPCA team are stretched coming into the holiday season.
     They ask for bleach, paper towels for kennel cleaning and blankets and food for the animals.
     Management added  volunteers who can help with dog walking are also in short supply.

Dan Rawls,Bradley County Commissioner and SPCA Board Member tells us,
        "The business model of the SPCA was based a lot on donations and volunteering and so we rely on the community to supply some of that because the county supplied a building and funding, but the funding is a very minimal amount."
