Bright School takes man to court after dog attack

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Police arrested a man after his dog attacked a child at Bright School, according to police. Now, Bright School is going to court to keep him off their property.

Burton Webb was arrested for this incident and charged with stalking, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest and trespassing.

The incident happened after school hours.

Webb had two dogs with him, one of which attacked a student.

Police said he was also stalking a school employee.

Additionally, the school previously warned him to stay off campus, the lawsuit said.
