Brown Middle School teacher arrested for statutory rape

UPDATE: School officials say Feher has resigned and the principal escorted her off the property.

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police arrested Hamilton County School teacher 24-year-old Rebecca Feher for two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure.

Police say they were told about an allegation of sexual misconduct between a teacher and 2 students early Wednesday.

They started investigating and identified the 2 juvenile victims.

They also identified the teacher as Feher and she voluntarily talked to them.

She was then arrested.

Police say Feher is a teacher at Central High School.

Our investigation found she also works at Brown Middle School as a Spanish teacher.
