Burger Week Brings Tasty Competition
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Burger lovers will have plenty to sink their teeth into this spring as Burger Week returns April 6 through April 12.
The weeklong event invites people to visit over 40 participating restaurants across the area, with featured burgers offered for $8.
Now in its sixth year, Burger Week has become a recurring food event that highlights local restaurants while giving diners a reason to try something new.
Organizers say the event is designed to showcase a wide range of burger styles, from classic favorites to more creative and limited-time menu items.
The event also includes an interactive component through the official Burger Week app. Diners can use the app to vote for their favorite burger, browse participating restaurants, plan where they want to go, and check in at each stop.
Those check-ins can help users earn points and become eligible for prizes and giveaways throughout the week.
Last year’s event showed just how much interest Burger Week continues to generate. In 2025, 40 restaurants participated, more than 20,000 burgers were served, and the official app was downloaded by more than 7,000 people, with more than 10,000 check-ins recorded during the week.
Burger Week has also become a chance for restaurants to showcase creativity and compete for local bragging rights, while encouraging diners to visit multiple locations and support local businesses.
This year’s event also includes a community give-back component benefiting the Chattanooga Area Food Bank, adding a charitable angle to the weeklong celebration.
Burger Week is presented with support from sponsors including the Tennessee Beef Industry Council and Common House. Organizers encourage customers to support participating restaurants throughout the week.
A full list of participating restaurants and featured burgers is available through the official Burger Week website and app.
