CARTA hosts first Graduation Ceremony on Thursday

CHATTANOOGA,Tenn. (WDEF)- CARTA celebrated their Inaugural Graduating Class of CARTA Ambassadors. 

The graduation introduced its first-ever class of CARTA.

Among the class were new bus drivers, mechanics, and transit professionals.

Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly was also the keynote speaker. 

“It is a New day at CARTA and Charles Fraizer is a fantastic leader for this organization. This is a new thing they are doing,” said Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly. “CARTA employees are truly the face of Chattanooga in all respects so I wanted to encourage these new employees and show support for CARTA.”  

 The graduating class were also presented with certificates for their hard work.
