Catoosa County Man Wanted for Vehicle Arson

(WDEF) Insurance and Fire Commissioner Ralph Hudgens announced Thursday that warrants have been issued for a Catoosa County man in connection with two separate vehicle fires in Rossville, Ga.
Hudgens said Julian Paul Rollings, 29, is wanted for two counts of second-degree arson and two counts of entering an automobile with the intent to commit theft or a felony. Investigators believe Rollings set fire to the vehicles in an attempt to conceal a burglary.
The fires, which occurred on December 24, 2014, at the Park Lake Apartments, heavily damaged a 2010 Toyota Camry and destroyed a 20ft U-Haul and its content. Total damages were estimated at $100,000, Hudgens said.
Rollings is known to travel frequently between Rossville and Jasper, Tennessee. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of this suspect should contact the Fort Oglethorpe Police Department at 706-866-2512.
Second-degree arson is a felony with a penalty of one to 10 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $50,000.
