Center for the Creative Arts on Stage

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Hundreds of students in Hamilton County are learning about the arts. They came to the Center for the Creative Arts for a special performance, and to learn more about the school.

Amy Medley is the Dean of Fine Arts at C.C.A.

“We invited elementary school students in the Hamilton County to share the arts with us. And in this program we had all different art forms displayed on stage. We did an outreach performance for our local elementary school students with a question and answer session afterwards. We’re just trying to share all our love for the arts with the local Hamilton County students.”

Students and Administrators know there are some schools that don’t have a lot of art classes.

That’s why they want everyone to know what takes place at the Center for the Creative Arts.

They hope to trigger a love for the arts among students in Hamilton County.
