CFD responds to structure fire
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – On Saturday morning, the Chattanooga Fire Department (CFD) responded to the 2000 block of East 13th Street for a residential structure fire.
According to the CFD, they were called to the scene around 11 AM.
Firefighters report heavy smoke was visible on arrival.
They say flames were knocked down quickly and then firefighters checked for extension and ventilated the house.
There were no injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
