Chattanooga Family Justice Center hosts community Fall Festival
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – With spooky season just around the corner, the Chattanooga community is preparing for an evening filled with fun, connection, and plenty of candy.
The Family Justice Center will host its fall festival on October 25th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at 5704 Marlin Road.
The event promises something for everyone.
Families can enjoy local food trucks, a vibrant kids’ zone lined with decorated trunks and candy, and a lively vendor expo.
Regina McDevitt, M.Ed., Executive Director of the Chattanooga Family Justice Center, said the evening is about more than just games and treats.
“It’s an opportunity for community organizations to share their information with parents and other folks that come to the event,” McDevitt explained. “It will be lots of fun, lots of candy, just an opportunity for the community to get together and enjoy each other’s company and celebrate our community.”
Her words highlight the festival’s mission to strengthen bonds while creating a safe, welcoming space for families to celebrate.
Organizers are encouraging everyone to come dressed in their best Halloween costumes, adding to the festive spirit of the night.
At the same time, they want attendees to know that the Family Justice Center’s mission remains at the heart of the event.
For adults in need of resources or who would like to speak with someone privately, trained professionals will be available on-site to provide support.
The event offers both celebration and comfort, ensuring that while children enjoy candy and costumes, adults can also find guidance and connection if they need it most.
