Chattanooga has two of the worst trucking bottlenecks in the country
CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga still has two of the worst bottlenecks in the country for trucks.
The American Transportation Research Institute makes the list every year of the worst 100 places for 18-wheelers.
The I-75 and I-24 merge places 30th on their list for 2026.
And just behind at number 34 is the I-24 and U-S 27 merge downtown.
Atlanta has three of the top ten worst bottlenecks in the country.
The I-24 and I 40 merge in Nashville ranks number 7 on the list.
