Chattanooga homicide arrest

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police arrested 19-year-old Chester Phelps Friday for the homicide of Charles King.

Officials found King in a vehicle on Bennett Avenue suffering from gunshot wounds back in June of 2014.

Phelps is charged with Criminal Homicide, Tampering with Evidence, and Possession of a Firearm.
