Chattanooga man faces possession of explosive devices and marijuana charges
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — A Chattanooga man is facing charges in both Hamilton County and in North Platt, Nebraska, for possession of marijuana and explosive devices.
Joshua Panther, 31, was arrested in Nebraska after a traffic stop and charged with possession of 45 pounds of marijuana.
Chattanooga Police were notified about the situation. They then got a narcotics search warrant for Panther’s apartment on Aspen Lodge Way. When they went there on October 29, they found more marijuana, $8,000 in cash and six explosive devices.
Panther was taken to Hamilton County Jail, but bonded out.
