Chattanooga Police identify suspect in Thursday morning Wilson Street shooting

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police say they’ve identified the person responsible for Thursday morning’s shooting in the 2300 block of Wilson Street.

Officers say they have Juvenile Attachments on a male juvenile suspect for the shooting of 19-year-old Tamar Ford.

Police say Ford was taken to a local hospital by personal vehicle after the 4:00 a.m. shooting on Wilson Street.

Ford was treated and released from the hospital after treatment of the non-life-threatening injuries.
