Chattanooga Police Looking for Endangered Runaway
Chattanooga (WDEF) Chattanooga police are looking for a missing teenager.
She is 17 year old Serina Miracle.
Serina has red hair (but it is now pink), blue eyes and is 4’10".
She was last seen leaving her home in Chattanooga on August 13th and hasn’t been seen since.
Serina has a history of running away and has friends who will help her hide.
