Chattanooga Police Search for Clues After Local Man is Shot

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police are searching for clues after a local man was shot last night.

According to authorities, 24-year-old Joseph Atkins is in the hospital suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the leg. The victim has yet to provide police with an incident location, so a crime scene has not been located at this time.

No suspect information has been provided by the victim either, however CPD Violent Crimes Bureau will continue to follow all available leads.
