Chattanooga ranks 9th-worst in the country for McDonald’s ice cream machine malfunctions

If you head to your local McDonald’s to get an ice cream, what are the chances their machine is working?

Not very good in our area.

The Action Network says they have analyzed six years of machine status in almost 500 cities across the country.

And they found the worst city in the country is our own Cleveland, Tennessee.

The report claims that Cleveland McDonald’s machines are down almost 47% of the time.

That’s four times the national average.

We talked to a franchise operator today in Cleveland.

And he said, since a lawsuit is pending over this issue, he would not comment on it.
