Child rape suspect captured in Louisiana

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reports that one of their Top 10 Most Wanted suspects from Hamilton County has been captured.

They say Michael Gervais was captured in Louisiana last night.

Gervais was wanted here for one count of child rape and three counts of attempted child neglect.

He was last seen in Hixson.

The TBI considered him armed and dangerous.
