CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- We do have an update on ongoing flooding issues at Jack Benson Heritage Park.
A viewer brought it to our attention earlier this week.
They blamed a nearby holding pond on a construction site for the expansion of the Heritage Walk neighborhood.
The city of Chattanooga wrote that their Land Development Office is aware of the ongoing flooding issues, and that it seems to be caused by that construction.
They say they have cited that developer in the past and are looking into options to remedy the situation.
We have still not heard back from the construction company or developer of that neighborhood.
