Cleveland Man Arrested for dumping more than 100 tires

Cleveland, TN (WDEF) – A Cleveland man is arrested on charges of dumping more than 100 used tires behind a local church.
40-year old Joshua Wesley Evans is accused of dumping the tires behind Faith Memorial Church on 17th Street.
The Pastor discovered the tires last week.
The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office charged Evans with aggravated criminal littering.
That’s a Class “E” Felony.
Evans was booked into the Bradley County Jail Tuesday morning.
