Collegedale’s Imagination Station repairs underway after flooding

COLLEGEDALE, Tenn. (WDEF) – The City of Collegedale has closed down a popular playground after weekend flooding.

Wolftever Creek backed up after thunderstorms and damaged Imagination Station.

Today crews worked to clean up the mess.

Public Works Director Eric Klein tells us that he has ordered new mulch to replace what was washed away.

They hope to reopen the park on Wednesday.
