Community member sets up GoFundMe for dog’s emergency surgery
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – A local individual has reached out for us asking for the community’s help.
Alysea Clements, a resident of Chattanooga, is asking for the communities help in saving her dog, Xena.
She has posted on social media saying, “I am loss right now. I had to rush my pup to an emergency vet, and her treatment is $4K. I don’t know what to do. Please help. She needs an Ovariohysterectomy.”
She recently updated stating, “I got approved for Care Credit, but if anyone would like to donate directly to the vet office it’s Animal Emergency & Specialty Center off Lee Hwy.”
Clements says her dog is currently undergoing emergency surgery, however, the financial burden is still heavy.
She says that if anyone in the community would donate towards the bill, she’d be grateful.
