Coroner: Heart issue caused death of woman on Wade Mountain
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) – The body of a woman has been found on Wade Mountain in north Alabama.
Media outlets report that 47-year-old Alicia Eaves’ body was discovered Sunday afternoon off of a hiking pathway. The Madison County Coroner’s office determined a heart issue caused Eaves’ death.
WAFF-TV reports that police searched the area for several hours after receiving a call from a female hiker who was lost.
